What can the gift certificate be used for?
Our gift certificates can be used towards any of our music lessons or programs, including accordion, bass, drums, guitar, piano, ukulele, violin/fiddle and voice.
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
You can purchase a gift certificate directly from this website. Once you click the button "Unlock the Gift of Music Now" you just select how many lessons you wish to gift, enter your payment details. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with the gift certificate attached.
Can the gift certificate be delivered directly to the recipient?
Yes, you can choose to have the gift certificate emailed directly to the recipient with a personal message from you, or you can have it sent to your email address to print out and give to them personally.
How long are the gift certificates valid?
Our gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to schedule their lessons at their convenience.
How can I find out the remaining balance on a gift certificate?
You can check the balance of a gift certificate by contacting our office with the recipient's name. Our staff will be happy to assist you and inform you of the remaining balance.
Is it possible to get a refund on a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are non-refundable; however, they are transferable. If you find that the gift certificate will not be used by the original recipient, it can be given to someone else who can benefit from the music lessons.
